The New York Giants beat the Buffalo Bills 20-19 in Super Bowl XXV at Tampa Stadium after one of the most tense finishes in league history. Bill Parcells' club kept Jim Kelly and Buffalo's no-huddle offense off the field by holding the ball for more than 40 minutes, and Ottis Anderson powered that approach on the way to MVP honors. Buffalo still had a chance to win in the final seconds, but Scott Norwood's 47-yard field-goal attempt sailed wide right, sealing the Giants' second Super Bowl title.
