Retention

Operational

We retain account and usage records for billing, security, support, abuse prevention, and core service administration.

Information We Collect

  • Account registration details such as name and email address.
  • API key and request usage metadata for security, quota enforcement, and billing operations.
  • Operational logs used to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and secure API access.
  • Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
  • Communicate service updates and support responses.

Authentication, Sessions, and Providers

NFLMeta uses third-party infrastructure providers where needed to operate the service, including hosted authentication and core hosting services.

When you sign in or maintain an authenticated session, limited session, device, and authentication metadata may be processed as part of account security and access control.

Billing and Operational Vendors

If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing-related information may be processed by Stripe and related billing providers strictly as needed to charge, reconcile, and support your account.

We do not store more payment data than is necessary for the products and providers we use to operate the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell account data.

Information may be shared with infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate and secure the service, including authentication providers.

Retention and Operational Scope

Operational account and usage data may be retained as needed for billing history, abuse prevention, account support, security investigation, and basic service administration.

NFLMeta is a historical NFL data product. It is not a consumer personal data marketplace, and the API itself is not designed to expose private customer information.

Security and Requests

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account and operational data, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

If you have questions about your account data, privacy concerns, or a deletion or correction request, contact [email protected] and we will review the request in light of our operational, billing, security, and legal obligations.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time as the service, infrastructure, or regulatory posture changes. The published date on this page reflects the latest revision.
